Due to the crescent of Ramadan being sighted in a number of Muslim countries, as well as Thursday being the 30th of Sha’baan for some Muslim countries, AMJA announces that Friday, April 24th, 2020 will be the first day of Ramadan.

AMJA takes this opportunity to congratulate the Muslims all around the world on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan. We ask Allah the Exalted to help us all fast the month, pray during its nights, and take advantage of it to perform good deeds. We also ask Him to remove this epidemic and to always keep us safe and healthy.
