Question
In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful
Peace, blessings and mercy of Allah be you.
How could a man whose hands are amputated wash for prayers?
Jazakum Allahu Khairan.
Answer
In the Name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful
Praise be to Allah, prayers and peace be upon His kind Messenger, his family members, companions and followers. Allah, the Almighty, does not obligate a man with a duty over his capacity. This man should wash the remaining parts of his arms. However, if the question is about washing the rest of the body members, of course, he must be eating, drinking, and washing, etc, therefore, he should do as normally as he usually does in these acts. Allah knows best.
