Consult and refer to the concise works of Fiqh authored by great and trusty scholars, and summarize its essence to build a main theme for your subject, then arrange the material according to a systematic plan that appeals to your academic taste and satisfaction. It would be better for you to consult a Shari`ah supervisor who would guide you in your research, for guidance in knowledge is half of that knowledge, as they say. Allah knows best.
