   I would like to know if I can lease a car in New York, knowing that part of the monthly payment is called Money factor (which is basically an interest)? Is it justified for the leasing company to charge interest because I will be using its car? The car is in the company`s name and so is the claim of ownership.

   In order for me to answer this question, I need to know what you mean by interets beecause as far as i know, when someone leases a car, he pays the leasing company an amount of money in return for using the car.  And if your payment will be used by leasing company to pay the interest for the car, then you are allowed to lease the car.
