Assalam alaikum,
I was recently asked the questions below, and I felt it would be improper to answer based on personal reasoning or what I think I've heard. Jazakum Allah khair for your efforts.
1. Is donating your organs haram?
2. If not, can we donate to any race/ethnicity?
3. What about blood? Can we receive blood from non-Muslims?
4. If so, what if there was a shortage of blood and the hospital found a match, but he/she is not Muslim, what happens next?
The answer to all the questions you raised is yes. Donating organs or blood is allowed, regardless of the religion of the donors or the recipients. There is only one exception in this regard, which is when the recipient demonstrates explicit hatred and enmity toward Islam and Muslims. In such a case, it would not be allowed to donate to this specific individual.
