All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessing be upon the Messenger of Allah, upon his household, his companions and those who have followed him. To proceed:

The basic principle is that it is permissible for either spouse to enjoy the other, and there are no exceptions to that rule save the anus and menses. He does not have the right to sodomize his wife or to have vaginal intercourse with her during her menstrual period. As for anything beyond that, it would be permissible by default as long as there are no obstacles from a medical perspective.

And Allah Almighty is the Most High, and He knows best.
