I want to ask about reading the non-arabs koran from a transliteration written in English or languages other than Arabic. And does the Fatwa change if I do that with listening to a Koran recitation? Thank You

Alhamdu-li-llah wa as-Salatu wa as-Salamu 'ala Rasool-il-llah, Reading the transliteration, while listening to the recital, to help one with his/her own recitation is allowable. However, they do need to make it a priority to learn how to read it in Arabic, because only then, they can truly correct their recitation. Allah knows best.
