my iam muslim lady i,work in a company and pray with shoes ,the shoes that i go with rest room.what does the islamic teaching say about this issues?

If there is a good possibility that the shoes is contaminated with filth out of wearing it while using the bathroom, then you should take it off before praying. But if the bathroom is clean enough and the shoes do not get contaminated, then you can keep it on for praying. Nevertheless, it is preferred to take it off anyway, just to keep yourself in the safe side.
