AAWW
1- Zakah is due only on the market value of the land on an annual basis. So, you need to do an appraisal through any of the real estate agencies to determine the approximate value of your properties and pay their Zakah accordingly.
Once you do so, you need to deduct from the market value any expenses you incurred, such as labor, maintenance,…etc
2- Zakah is due only on the revenue of the rental flat/property you have starting the day it was leased. Meanwhile, Zakah is due on the market value of this flat when it was for sale and before leasing it if one lunar year has passed already.
3- No Zakah is due on the land in court case. Wait until the case is clear, and after one lunar year of its clearance, Zakah is due as usual.
May Allah reward you the best for fulfilling your duties.
