Asslamo alikom , i saved some mony for umrah in the same time my father in over seas always in need he married another one other than my divorced mother he has 2 doughters now he is retired his wife working my sister someties .my only brother also in need of help .so I need help to know should I help them instead of making umrah and who has the periorty to help my father or my brother who takes care of my mother in back home .I don't have a job I used to have but not any more so my husband gives me then I save and he knows Alhamdullah what is going on .

Your mother is more deserving of your kindness than your father, as the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) said. You may go to umrah if you haven’t gone before or if you long for it, and feel it will greatly enhance your spirituality and religious commitment; otherwise, it is better to support your needy family. Allah knows best.
