Assalaamoaliakum Oral sex does not means simple kissing the male reproductive part , it means that a female will take male reproductive part in her mouth almost half or more inside and continually move her mouth in and out till male ejaculate (male orgasm). That is ejaculated semen will be thrown on her face or inside her mouth. Do you think, you will allow your daughter or sister to please her husband in this way? Use their mouth for it which is place of reciting Quran and eating food. Quran did not say anything because it is out of the question in general human ethic rather to mention in Islamic prohibition. I want to give some evidence , so please read part 2 as well. Some scholars Alhamdulilah, concluded that oral sex is haraam.
Can you tell me any evidence from hadith or Islamic history that oral sex was practiced in Sahaba time??? These all perverted sexual actions became popular because of PORNOGRAPHIC FILMS. Sura baqra ayaat in Quran mentions; { That you (male) can come to your wife from where you want….. } , {that from wherever you come to woman but use only vagina for intercourse.} (this is not the exact word of ayaat but all scholars agreed that it means use only vagina for intercourse only). Now as I mentioned earlier, that present ORAL SEX means "intercourse thru mouth”.oral sex means nowadays is till ejaculation and orgasm and these two things means intercourse. So is it allowed to do intercourse other than vagina=>anus or mouth??
I got complaints from women that many male just to avoid to produce children are demanding every time or mostly oral sex. Now tell me this is ok in Islam?? Islam is religion of nature but also of tahaarat and cleanliness of body and soul. So God allows to practice these basic instincts in a human way, decent way and Islamic way not like other animals way. Lustfully eating, lustfully sex and lustfully sleep SHOULD not BE at least ENCOURAGED by Islamic scholars. Please reconsider your Fatwa for the better society and consider other scholars evidences also who opposed it, just for sake of Allah without feeling offended. Do not make muslim wives feels sex slave. They want to give a decent sex to their husband happily but not like porn.
All praise be to Allah and may His blessings and peace be on His last messenger, Muhammad, May Allah reward you for your interest in protecting the bound of Allah (as you see them) and for your naseehah. However, the matters of halal and haram are matters of convictions based on what we have in the revelation, not what we are naturally or culturally inclined to. Therefore, whether or not oral sex is ultimately permissible or impermissible in the sight of Allah, we should only use appropriate evidence to determine the ruling of that act, regardless of our feelings towards it. Keep in mind that one may or may not like a certain practice, but to say it is haram is different. For example, many sexual positions and practices that no one can find any proof on their impermissibility are repelling to many of us, and we may never practice them. After all, the ansari and muhajiri women had very different attitudes towards sex, with the latter group being much more flexible with their spouses. Women of both groups were the greatest and most honorable of all women. You said, “Quran did not say anything because it is out of the question in general human ethic rather to mention in Islamic prohibition.” I must say that this is a very disturbing statement, for Allah said, "وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُم مَّا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ." “… He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you...” [Sahih International 6:119] Again, is female infanticide, which is forbidden in the quran, less offensive to human ethics than oral sex? As for men having oral sex to avoid having children, if the wife agreed to this, then it is not any different from coitus interruptus (al’azl) practiced by the sahabah and approved by the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him); Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "كنا نعزل و القرآن ينزل" “We used to practice coitus interruptus while the Quran was being revealed.” [Agreed upon] Sexual gratification is the right of both parties, thus the woman may demand her right. The word intercourse is not defined anywhere to mean oral sex or include it. The word jimaa’ in Arabic is not defined by any scholar to include oral sex either, so we must use the words according to their proper definitions and in their right context. Using the vagina only for intercourse is certainly the correct position, however oral sex is not intercourse and it is allowable by consensus that a man reaches orgasm by thrusting his organ back and forth between the thighs of his wife. That is not called intercourse. As for asking me to produce an evidence to the effect that oral sex is permissible, I must say that this is incorrect, and not acceptable, and that is because in matters other than worship the default is not the prohibition of all things until proven otherwise, but rather the very opposite. Allah described women as a tilth for their husbands, and allowed the latter to approach them wherever and however they please, so the exception would be the prohibition, which must be taken from the revelation, such as in the case of anal sex, which is prohibited in the sunnah. The burden of proof is upon you, and thus far, you have not produced a clear argument on behalf of your position. This doesn’t mean you are certainly wrong or I am certainly right, because the opposite could still be true, but I am unable to see the strength of your argument. Allah knows best.
