I was wondering why Allah in many places uses "We" in the Quran to represent Him. Also I would like to confirm that a view came as "Allah included angles in his pronoun "We" as Allah is the most appreciative even though the angles are His slaves, Allah included them as an appreciation" Jajaka-Allahu Khairan
Alhamdu Lillah
The Quran was revealed in Arabic language. A language usually reflects the culture and the tradition of the people who speak it.
With this in mind; using the pronoun (we) for a singular instead of plural indicates the glory, the superiority, the eminence, and pride of that singular. That is why Allah SWT uses the pronoun (we) in the Quran sometimes.
The above pronoun does not include angels, especially when the statement describes a divine act or command, like, what means in English (We are the one who revealed Quran, and we preserve it).
