my son age of 16, not interesting in salat, i have to force him, it takes me hrs to get 5 prayers done,pl explain according to sunna , what should i do,my husband stop talking with him and not treat him well

You are doing the right thing by following up with him to assure he prays on time. May Allah SWT bless you for the great effort and guide your son to the right path.

 Additionally, you may help him being in the right environment, like if you have good kids in your community to take as friends, or to attend Islamic conventions or activities, or the like.

  Allah SWT said, what means ( Command your family to pray, and be patient on that) to indicate the hardship associated with this command, especially when dealing with kids born and raised in a non-Muslim society.
