What should one do if he needs to pass gas while reciting Qur'aan? This is not in Salaah of course and from memory(not touching mushaf)

Al-Hamdulilaah, from what I have been able to find on this topic, our scholars recommend that one stop reading when needing to pass gas and then continue afterwards. And Allah alone knows best.
