There is a man who gives his customers a coupon that qualifies them to a place in a prize lottery that and this coupon is given whether you buy a little or a lot. Is this permitted in Islam?

All praise is for Allaah and peace and blessings upon the Messenger of Allaah his family, his companions and those who are loyal to him. If this coupon is not sold and it is given away as a gift in order to encourage people to shop from him then I hope that it is permitted. Because the reality of gambling is that when there are winners there are also losers and in your case, if you did not win then surely you are not losing anything and because of that what you took part in is not considered gambling. And Allaah, Most High, knows best.
